Ingredients

Metric US
sliced soft bread
1 packet
Butter
100 grams
Aneth ciselé
2 tablespoons
lemon
1/2
Smoked salmon
7 slices
  1. Remove the crust from the slices of bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the softened butter with chopped watercress leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Spread the bread with this filling and place the smoked salmon on top and roll together.
  4. Wrap each roll in stretch and leave to chill in the refrigerator fo atleast 2hours.
  5. At the time of serving, unwrap the film stratch film and cut the rolls into 1.5 cm to 2 cm thick slices.
