Ingredients
- green lentils
- 360 grams
- onion
- 2
- garlic clove
- 5
- thyme sprigs

- vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons
- salt and pepper
- Wash the lentils then cook them in thrice their volume of water for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, gently sauté the chopped onions and add the chopped garlic until you have a light-colored mixture.
- Once the lentils are cooked, add onions, garlic, thyme and a glass of water and leave to simmer again slowly for 20 minutes after seasoning with salt and pepper.
- It the mixtures dries up add a little water to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
