Ingredients
- ground beef
- 1 kilogram
- Onions

- Sunflower oil
- 5 tablespoons
- chopped tomatoes
- 500 grams
- Canned red kidney beans
- 500 grams
- rice
- 500 grams
- salt, pepper
- 5 spices
- chili
- Add the oil, the chopped garlic and the diced onion in a heated pan. Cook till the onion and garlic are translucent.
- Add the ground beef and stir. Then add the diced tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the 5 spices and chili powder (may be replaced by chilli pepper).
- Cook for 40 minutes and then incorporate the red beans which must simmer for about ten minutes.
- Serve the chili with rice.
