Ingredients

Onions

500 grams

5 spices
Chili en poudre
  1. Add the oil, the chopped garlic and the diced onion in a heated pan. Cook till the onion and garlic are translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef and stir. Then add the diced tomato.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and add the 5 spices and chili powder (may be replaced by chilli pepper).
  4. Cook for 40 minutes and then incorporate the red beans which must simmer for about ten minutes.
  5. Serve the chili with rice.
