  1. Wash and chop the basil leaves.
  2. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices after removing the stalk.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
  4. On a plate, alternate the slices of mozzarella and tomato.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
