Ingredients

- Fresh goat cheese
- 12 teaspoons
- honey
- 5 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C (374 °F) on grill function.
- Hull the figs and rinse them. Cut the figs in cross till 1/3 of the fruit.
- Place your figs on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine the honey and vanilla extract. Pour a little of the mixture in the center of each fig. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes depending on your taste and the ripeness of the figs.
- Wrap each fig with a ham slice.
- Insert a teaspoon of fresh goat cheese. Carefully pour the cooking juice from the foil on each fig.
