honey
5 teaspoons
Vanilla extract

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (374 °F) on grill function.
  2. Hull the figs and rinse them. Cut the figs in cross till 1/3 of the fruit.
  3. Place your figs on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  4. In a bowl, combine the honey and vanilla extract. Pour a little of the mixture in the center of each fig. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes depending on your taste and the ripeness of the figs.
  5. Wrap each fig with a ham slice.
  6. Insert a teaspoon of fresh goat cheese. Carefully pour the cooking juice from the foil on each fig.
