Ingredients
- Avocado
- 6
- Canned tomato pulp
- 800 grams
- Full whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons
- milk
- 1/2 liter
- salt and pepper
- chili
- Peel and pit the avocados, cut into pieces in a salad bowl.
- Add the tomatoes and puree the mixture using a hand blender
- Then incorporate the cream and milk.
- Season with salt, pepper and a little chilli and it's ready to be served hot or cold.
