Canned tomato pulp
800 grams
Full whipping cream
6 tablespoons
milk
1/2 liter
salt and pepper
chili
  1. Peel and pit the avocados, cut into pieces in a salad bowl.
  2. Add the tomatoes and puree the mixture using a hand blender
  3. Then incorporate the cream and milk.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and a little chilli and it's ready to be served hot or cold.
