- Wash your avocados, peel them and remove the pulp.
- Pour all in a blender and use skim milk in case you want to lose weight because the whole milk is definitely higher in fat. However, if you are looking for something more creamy, prefer whole milk.
- Then add 3 tablespoons caster sugar. If you want to lose weight, opt for honey or agave syrup.
