Ingredients

Metric US
Protéine de Whey
50 grams
Almond milk
150 milliliters
Coconut oil
2 tablespoons
Eggs
2
Salt
1 pinch
  1. Dans un saladier, mélangez la protéine de whey et le sel .
  2. Cassez les oeufs et ajoutez l'huile de coco, mélangez.
  3. Petit à petit, versez le lait au fur et à mesure tout en battant à l'aide d'un fouet.
  4. Votre pâte à crêpe hyperprotéinée est prête. Vous pouvez maintenant les faire cuire !
  5. Pöur la cuisson, versez votre pâte à crêpe dans une poêle chaude préalablement huilée avec de l'huile de coco et faites cuire les crêpes d'un côté puis de l'autre.
  6. Dégustez vos crêpes avec de la confiture ou du sucre roux. Pour encore plus de protéines, utilisez du beurre de cacahuète !
