Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- 140 grams
- Egg
- 1 can
- baking powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons
- white sugar
- 2 tablespoons
- milk
- 60 milliliters
- Softened butter
- 3 tablespoons
- vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Whisk together the all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the center of your mixture.
- In a jug or glass whisk the softened butter, milk, vanilla extract and egg..
- Pour your wet ingredients mixture in the flour mixture well. Whisk together.
- Heat your pancake pan over medium heat. Grease lightly with vegetable oil.
- Ladle 1/4 cup of batter in the pan for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles are formed at the top and bottom is brown. Flip with a spatula and cook for 2-3 more minutes .
- Repeat with the remaining batter. Adding vegetable oil in the pan when needed.
