Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350 °F).
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- Beat the egg whites into peaks with a pinch of salt.
- In a bowl add the yolks, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, then baking powder without forgetting to put the chocolate chips.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Butter the mold before filling it.
- Bake for 30 minutes (at 180 °C) 356 °F.

Trop bon…. J’ai goûté ce gâteau tout léger et moelleux, il est super bon trempé dans du thé noir à la bergamote !
