Ingredients

Flour
250 grams
Sugar
150 grams
milk
15 centiliters
yeast
1 packet
Eggs

Salt
1 pinch
Chocolate chips
3 handfuls
Butter
30 grams
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350 °F).
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  3. Beat the egg whites into peaks with a pinch of salt.
  4. In a bowl add the yolks, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, then baking powder without forgetting to put the chocolate chips.
  5. Fold in the egg whites.
  6. Butter the mold before filling it.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes (at 180 °C) 356 °F.

    Trop bon…. J’ai goûté ce gâteau tout léger et moelleux, il est super bon trempé dans du thé noir à la bergamote !
