Ingredients

Metric US
soft bread
8 slices
Gruyère cheese
200 grams
Cooked ham
2 slices
Unsalted butter
20 grams
  1. Spread some butter on each bread surface and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  2. Ensuite découpez les tranches de jambon en deux parties et placez l’autre moitié sur la face non beurrée. Rassemblez les deux faces de pains de mie.
  3. Placez le croque-monsieur sur une poêle avec une noisette de beurre pendant 3 minutes de chaque côté. Il est aussi possible d’utiliser l’appareil à croque-monsieur si vous en avez un.
  4. Les croques monsieur sont prêts quand le fromage a bien fondu ! Servez chaud et accompagnez d’une salade verte. Un régal !
