Ingredients
- Emincer les oignons que l'on fait blondir à la poêle dans un peu d'huile d'olive.
- Ajouter ensuite la ratatouille et les champignons émincés et faire cuire une dizaine de mn de façon à faire évaporer l'eau.
- Battre les oeufs entiers (plus les blancs pour le régime hyper protéiné) avec sel, poivre, persil et basilic hachés et les incorporer à la ratatouille.
- Verser l'ensemble dans un plat à tarte légèrement huilé. Saupoudrer de parmesan et passer à four 140° durant 45mn.
