- Ground Cinnamon

- Olive oil
- Peel the peaches and cut them into quarters by removing the pits. Mix them with the honey and let them marinate slowly.
- Cut the meat into large pieces.
- In a saucepan heat a drizzle of oil with the spices for a few minutes. Add the lamb pieces and brown on all sides. Pour 20 cl of water, put the rosemary sprigs, cover and cook for 1 hour.
- 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the peaches with their juice.
- Serve hot with either couscous or bulgur.
