Ingredients
- Cut the merguez into 4 and fry for 5 mins in a frying pan heated with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cut the bread into small cubes and add to the sauté pan with the merguez for a few minutes.
- Peel and cut the carrot.
- Slice the salad and peel the clementines.
- Chop the coriander.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
