lentils
150 grams
Smoked mackerel
100 grams
Shallot

Eggs

Olive oil
1/5 tablespoon
vinegar
1 teaspoon
Mustard
1 teaspoon
Salt
2 Pinches
pepper
1 pinch
  1. In a saucepan filled with cold, unsalted water, cook the lentils as directed on the package.
  2. Rinse and cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  3. Peel and finely slice the shallot.
  4. Cut the mackerel into pieces.
  5. In a bowl, make a salad dressing by mixing mustard, olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.
  6. In a small pot of boiling water cook the soft-boiled eggs to your liking. Then put them under cold water and remove the shells.
  7. In a salad bowl, mix the lentils with the cucumber, shallot, mackerel and salad dressing.
  8. Serve the mackerel lentil salad on the plates. Arrange the eggs cut in halves.
