Ingredients
- Smoked bacon
- 4 slices
- Brussels Sprouts
- 100 grams
- Sweet potato

- Peel the sweet potato and then cut into pieces.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts into 4 pieces.
- In a sauté pan heated over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the sweet potato and Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly until the sweet potato is tender...
- While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the garlic (peel and finely chop) and the pear (peel and cut into pieces).
- Cut the smoked bacon into pieces.
- Chop the coriander
- Add the smoked breast, garlic and pepper to the vegetables pan and sauté for a few minutes until the bacon is golden. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm sprinkled with coriander.
