Ingredients

Grosse courgette

Flour
250 grams
milk
500 milliliters
Melted butter
20 grams
Eggs

Salt
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1 packet
  1. Dans un saladier, fouetter les oeufs, le beurre fondu, le lait et le sel.
  2. Une fois la pâte bien mélanger, ajouter la levure chimique.
  3. Ajouter la courgette râpée à ce mélange et laisser reposer la préparation pendant 1 heure.
  4. Faire chauffer une poêle à crêpe légèrement graisser, et faire cuire les crêpes en utilisant une petite louche.
  5. Essayez autant que possible de faire de jolies crêpes rondes de dimension similaire.
  6. Une fois toutes les mini crêpes faites, les installer élégamment dans une jolie assiette de présentation et déposant au centre le petit bol de salade tomate et feta.
