Ingredients
- Apples

- Cider

- bay leaves

- Provencal herbs
- 1 bunch
- quails
- 2

- Salt
- Olive oil
- Peel the apples and then cut them into cubes.
- Finely chop the onions.
- In a heated casserole dish with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the quails on all sides.
- When the quails are coloured, add the onions and apples to sauté for a few minutes. Salt, pepper, put the bay leaves and the herbs bouquet.
- Pour the cider into the casserole to cover the quail completely and let simmer for 1 hour on low heat with the lid half closed.
- Serve the quail with your favorite accompaniment.
