  1. Oil an oven dish and place the fish fillets, covered with a mixture of tapenade and softened butter.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  3. In a frying pan, brown the sliced courgettes and salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange them around the fish and put the dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
