Ingredients
- filet de dorade

- tapenade d'olives noires
- 50 grams
- Butter
- 20 grams
- Zucchini

- Olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Oil an oven dish and place the fish fillets, covered with a mixture of tapenade and softened butter.
- Preheat the oven to 200° C.
- In a frying pan, brown the sliced courgettes and salt and pepper.
- Arrange them around the fish and put the dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
