50 centiliters
cane sugar
80 grams
verveine
20 sheets
  1. Chauffer eau et sucre durant 15mn à feu vif.
  2. Hors du feu, ajouter les feuilles de verveine et les faire infuser 1/2h.
  3. Ôter les feuilles de verveine puis ajouter au sirop les quartiers de pêches pelées.
  4. Faire cuire à feu vif durant 10mn en veillant à bien conserver les fruits en entier.
  5. Faire refroidir au réfrigérateur et servir décoré de quelques feuilles de verveine.
