This cocktail is a variation of the classic Lemon Daiquiri, a Cuban cocktail with tangy notes. Ernest Hemingway was so fond of the classic Daiquiri, that a bartender from El Floridita dedicated a variant to him: the Hemingway Daiquiri. This strawberry version is particularly appreciated by ladies.
