Ingredients

Metric US
Egg whites

Sugar
15 grams
Chocolate
100 grams
Powdered cocoa
  1. Casser le chocolat en petits morceaux et le faire fondre au bain-marie ou à feu doux. Remuer délicatement obtenir une pâte lisse.
  2. Séparer les blancs des jaunes, puis les battre en neige ferme en ajoutant le sucre.
  3. Dans un saladier ou un cul de poule verser le chocolat fondu sur les blancs en neige en remuant progressivement avec une spatule jusqu'à ce que le chocolat soit bien incorporé aux blancs..
  4. Verser dans des verrines ou des ramequins. Faire prendre au frais au minimum 2 heures.
  5. Décorer avec du cacao en poudre et des copeaux de chocolat avant de servir. Bon appétit !
