Ingredients
- Green asparagus

- Puff pastry

- Plain yoghurt pot

- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Rinse the asparagus, cut the tip and then peel the stems.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut 12 similar strips.
- Wrap each asparagus stem in a slice of bacon and then twist a strip of puff pastry along the asparagus length. Place directly on the oven rack covered with baking paper or baking mats.
- Brush each puff pastry with egg yolk using the brush.
- Bake the puff pastry for 20 minutes by turning it over at half-time.
- In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the plain yogurt with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper.
