Les cake pops sont  des douceurs ludiques et colorées parfaites pour un anniversaire d’enfants. Cette recette ultra simplissime utilise la règle du quatre-quarts : les quatre ingrédients principaux (beurre, farine, œuf et sucre) y sont présents en quantité égale. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser un cake ou un quatre-quarts du commerce pour cette recette.

Ingredients

Metric US
Pâte à pop cakes
Eggs
2
Sugar
100 grams
Flour
100 grams
yeast
1 teaspoon
orange zest
Mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons
Butter
100 grams
Décoration
baking chocolate
200 grams
Vermicelles en chocolat
Mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon
Mini perles en sucre
  1. Faites fondre votre beurre au micro-ondes.
  2. Ajoutez vos autres ingrédients (farine, oeuf, sucre et zest d'orange).
  3. Mélangez au fouet.
  4. Préchaffez votre four à 170°C
  5. Beurrez un moule à gateau.
  6. Versez votre pâte à cakepop dans votre moule beurré.
  7. Mettre au four à 170°C pendant 15 minutes (vérifier cuisson à l'aide d'un couteau)
  8. Laissez refroidir puis démoulez.
  9. Emiettez votre gateau dans un saladier.
  10. Incorporez 2 cuillères à soupe de mascarpone et mélangez jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pate homogène.
  11. Formez de petites boules bien réguilières avec le mélange miettes de gateau-mascarpone.
  12. Faites fondre votre chocolat blanc ou noir au bain-marie.
  13. Trempez vos piques en bois dans le chocolat fondu et inséres les dans votre boules de pop cakes.
  14. Mettez vos boules à refroidir au congélateur jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien fermes..
  15. Saupoudrez avec éléments de décor comme des vermicelles en chocolat ou des mini perles en sucre avant que le chocolat ne sèche.
  16. Présentez sur un présentoir à pop cakes ou une plaque en polystyrène.
  17. Trempez le haut de la sucette dans le chocolat et tournez.
