Ingredients
- Onions
- 500 grams
- Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons
- honey
- 2 teaspoons
- basalmic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
- Peel and mince the onions.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Sauté the onions in the oil over high heat while stirring them so that they brown without sticking.
- When they are transparent, pour in the vinegar and lower the heat.
- Add the honey while stirring and simmer for 45 minutes.
