Ingredients

Onions
500 grams
Olive oil
4 tablespoons
honey
2 teaspoons
basalmic vinegar
1 tablespoon
  1. Peel and mince the onions.
  2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Sauté the onions in the oil over high heat while stirring them so that they brown without sticking.
  3. When they are transparent, pour in the vinegar and lower the heat.
  4. Add the honey while stirring and simmer for 45 minutes.
