Ingredients
- lentils
- 100 grams
- Lamb lettuce
- 80 grams
- cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams
- Andouille sausage slice

- 1.5 tablespoons

- Mustard
- 1 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter

- In a saucepan filled with unsalted cold water, cook the lentils according to the instructions on the package. Drain and leave to cool.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes.
- In a salad bowl, prepare a salad dressing by mixing mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- In the salad dressing salad bowl, mix the lentils, the tomatoes and the lamb's lettuce.
- Fry the andouille slices for a few minutes and arrange them on the salad.
