Ingredients

Metric US

Flour: 2 tablespoons; 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 teaspoon; 1 teaspoon
Reduced-fat butter: 1 tablespoon; 1 tablespoon
Egg: 1; 1
baking powder: 1 pinch; 1 pinch
baking chocolate: 40 grams; 0.27 cup

Mix up the butter and the chocolate finely cut into your mug. Melt these ingredients in the microwave oven during about 30 seconds.
Then with the help of a spoon or a fork, mix up well the butter and the chocolate. Once you obtain a nice smooth texture, add the flour and the sugar to it. Mix up well once again and then add the egg to the mixture. Again mix up the egg until the egg is well incorporated in the mixture.
Place the mug in the microwave oven at maximum temperature and program the microwave for a minimum of 1 minute of cooking. Add up 15 seconds more if you have a doubt whether the cake is baked or not.
Your mug chocolate cake is now ready! You simply have to enjoy it with some nice beverages.
