Ingredients
- Egg

- Powdered sugar
- 130 grams
- Flour
- 130 grams
- sachet of vanilla sugar

- baking powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Jam or Jelly pot
- 1
- icing sugar
- Preheat the oven at 390°F (200°C).
- Break the eggs and separate the white from the yolks.
- In another bowl, gradually add flour, vanilla sugar and yeast.
- Beat the egg whites and add to the previous mixture.
- Cover your oven baking tray with a parchment paper and pour the batter. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Roll the cake on itself (till it cools down) and remove the paper.
- Spread the jam on the cake then roll it up again and sprinkle with icing sugar.
