Olive oil
  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Dice the tomato.
  4. Cut the chicken into 2-3 cm pieces.
  5. Dans une sauteuse versez un filet de l'huile d'olive et faites y revenir l'oignon pendant quelques minutes. Mettez-y les morceaux de poulet, les épices et faites-les dorer pendant 7 minutes. Ajoutez les tomates et poursuivez la cuisson encore 5 minutes. Versez le lait de coco et laissez mijoter 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the coconut chicken sprinkled with grated coconut and lime zest with rice.
