Ingredients

Butternut squash

Goat cheese log

Riz complet
100 grams
Grated Parmesan cheese
60 grams

4 épices
salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons
Olive oil
  1. nnnn
  2. Placer dans un plat creux et les faire cuire 10mn au four à micro-onde.
  3. Les laisser refroidir et durant ce temps, faire cuire le riz.
  4. Evider les courges en laissant des parois épaisses d'environ 1cm puis écraser grossièrement la chair à la fourchette.
  5. Préparer une farce en mélangeant le riz, le fromage de chèvre en petits cubes, le parmesan, le cumin, les 4 épices, la chair des courges, le sel et le poivre.
  6. Faire revenir les oignons à la poêle légèrement huilée puis les ajouter à la farce réservée.
  7. En farcir les courges
