Ingredients

1.5 Kilograms
Olive oil
8 tablespoons
lemon (juice)
4 tablespoons
Ginger
1/2
green onions

coriander
1/2 bunch
  1. Scale and gut the sea bream and place it in a greased baking dish.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 °.
  3. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Espelette pepper (red chili powder) in a bowl.
  4. Then add chopped ginger and chopped onions.
  5. Spread this sauce over the fish and place your dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve fish with chopped coriander and add some fleur de sel if you wish.
