- Olive oil
- 8 tablespoons

- Scale and gut the sea bream and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 220 °.
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Espelette pepper (red chili powder) in a bowl.
- Then add chopped ginger and chopped onions.
- Spread this sauce over the fish and place your dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve fish with chopped coriander and add some fleur de sel if you wish.
