Ingredients

Metric US
Frozen peas
1 kilogram
onion

Vegetable broth
1 cube
single cream
30 centiliters
Pink peppercorn
1/2 teaspoon
salt and pepper
  1. Fouetter les 10cl de crème très froide en chantilly et la réserver au réfrigérateur.
  2. Faire dissoudre le cube de bouillon dans 30cl d'eau chaude et réserver.
  3. Faire cuire les petits pois 10 mn dans de l'eau bouillante salée avec l'oignon en quartiers.
  4. Les égoutter puis les mixer dans un saladier.
  5. Saler et poivrer.
  6. Servir la crème de petits pois accompagnée d'un bol de chantilly parsemée de baies roses.
