Ingredients
- onion

- garlic clove

- Button mushroom
- 300 grams
- water
- 75 centiliters
- chicken stock
- 1 cube
- Porto
- 3 tablespoons
- single cream
- 10 centiliters
- Foie gras
- 100 grams
- Sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
- In a little oil, sauté the chopped half onion and chopped garlic.
- Add the minced mushrooms and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, porto, cream and diced foie gras .
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Blend together until you have a smooth mixture and adjust seasoning.
