Ingredients
- boneless lamb shoulder
- 2
- onion
- 2
- green apple
- 1
- chopped tomatoes can
- 400 grams
- coconut milk
- 6 Decilitres
- curry powder
- 2 tablespoons
- saffron dose
- 1
- Turmeric
- 2 teaspoons
- oil
- Cut lamb into large cubes and brown in some oil.
- Fry the chopped onions and the finely chopped potatoes for 3 minutes, and finally add the small diced tomatoes.
- Stir in all the spices that have been previously mixed in a bowl.
- Pour the coconut milk and add the meat.
- Salt and simmer gently for 45 minutes.
- Serve with basmati rice.
