Gutted fresh mackerel

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and then cut the onion into strips.
  3. Finely chop a clove of garlic.
  4. Grease your oven dish with a little oil. Place the onions and then the fish with a few slices of lemon.
  5. Prepare the vegetables: wash, cut the potatoes in halves or quarters according to their size, divide the broccoli into small flowers. Add everything in the dish next to the fish. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Put the dish in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
