Coral lentils
2 verres
onion

Turmeric
1 pinch
Provencal herbs
1 pinch
Salt
pepper
Olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a saucepan filled with unsalted cold water, cook the lentils for 10 minutes.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Peel and cut the carrots into half circles.
  5. In a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes, turmeric, mixed herbs salt and pepper. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  6. Prepare the peppers, remove the seeds.
  7. In a salad bowl, mix well the drained lentils with the preparation. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Then garnish the peppers.
  8. Put the stuffed peppers in a baking dish with a little water in the bottom of the dish and bake for 25 minutes.
