Ingredients

Metric US
milk
2 Decilitres
Brown sugar
90 grams
honey
180 grams
Flour
250 grams
Salt
1 pinch
Baking Soda
2 teaspoons
cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon
ginger powder
1 teaspoon
Anis en poudre
4 teaspoons
  1. Faire chauffer le lait dans un saladier et y incorporer tout en remuant cassonade et miel.
  2. Faire préchauffer le four à 150°.
  3. A part ajouter à la farine le sel, le bicarbonate et les épices puis y verser le lait et remuer énergiquement pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
  4. Faire refroidir avant de démouler les pains d'épices et les conserver dans une boîte hermétique.
