Ingredients
- Flour
- 150 grams
- baking powder
- 1 packet
- Sunflower oil
- 5 centiliters
- milk
- 10 centiliters
- Eggs
- 3
- Grated Gruyère cheese
- 200 grams
- Cooked ham
- 200 grams
- pitted green olives
- 75 grams
- pitted black olives
- 75 grams
- salt and pepper
- Mix flour and yeast.
- Stir in eggs, milk, oil, grated cheese, diced ham and olives (cut in two).
- Pour the mixture into a buttered loaf pan and let stand for half an hour.
- Finally bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes
