Ingredients

150 grams
baking powder
1 packet
Sunflower oil
5 centiliters
milk
10 centiliters
Eggs
3
Grated Gruyère cheese
200 grams
Cooked ham
200 grams
pitted green olives
75 grams
pitted black olives
75 grams
salt and pepper
  1. Mix flour and yeast.
  2. Stir in eggs, milk, oil, grated cheese, diced ham and olives (cut in two).
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered loaf pan and let stand for half an hour.
  4. Finally bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes
