Ingredients
- Mix yeast with warm water and let stand at least 10 minutes.
- Mix in a bowl the flour, salt, softened butter, warm milk, water and yeast, honey and 50 g of oatmeal until you obtain a soft and elastic dough.
- Cover the salad bowl with a damp cloth and let stand for 1h30 at room temperature.
- On a lightly floured work surface, place the dough that has risen and flatten to "degas", which means to chase the air.
- Cut it into 9 pieces that will be shaped into balls and let them rise again 1/2 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
- Then place the 9 balls of dough on the oven tray covered with the cooking mat.
- Sprinkle with remaining oatmeal and return to the shape of balls before baking for 20 minutes.
- Halfway through the baking when the rolls have turned to a beautiful golden color, cover them with a sheet of aluminum foil.
