Ingredients

Metric US
egg yolk
3
Powdered sugar
100 grams
Flour
180 grams
Salt
5 Pinches
baking powder
8 grams
Butter
130 grams
  1. Fouetter les jaunes d'oeufs et le sucre afin de faire blanchir l'ensemble.
  2. Mêler farine, sel et levure puis ajouter le mélange aux jaunes d'oeufs ainsi que le beurre ramolli pour faire une pâte homogène.
  3. La laisser raffermir au réfrigérateur durant 1/2 heure puis l'étaler au rouleau pour obtenir une pâte de 5mm environ d'épaisseur.
  4. Préchauffer le four à 180°.
  5. Mettre les palets au four pour 20mn de cuisson en surveillant la cuisson, les biscuits devant rester blonds.
  6. Ils se conservent 8 jours dans une boîte en fer.
