Ingredients

Pavé de saumon ou de thon

thaï rice
300 grams
White sesame seeds
3 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
3 tablespoons
soy sauce
5 tablespoons
lime juice
1.5 tablespoons
sesame oil
2 tablespoons
  1. Peler et râper le morceau de gingembre dans un bol puis y rajouter la sauce soja, le jus de citron, l'huile de sésame.
  2. Oter la peau des pavés de poisson puis les découper en dés et les laisser mariner 1h dans le mélange précédent.
  3. Faire cuire le riz selon le temps indiqué sur l'emballage. L'égoutter, y ajouter le vinaigre de riz puis le laisser refroidir.
  4. Peler l'avocat et la mangue et les découper en lamelles.
  5. Nettoyer les radis et les émincer finement.
  6. Peler le concombre en ôtant une lamelle de peau sur 2 et le couper en rondelles.
  7. Ajouter le sésame au riz en conservant 1 cuillère à soupe pour le décor.
  8. Dans 3 grands bols verser le riz en forme de puits de façon à pouvoir déposer le poisson au milieu puis les différents légumes et fruit tout autour.
  9. Terminer en saupoudrant les bols de graines de sésame.
