Ingredients

Salade
Pâtes fusilli
300 grams
Haricots verts surgelés
200 grams
cherry tomatoes
300 grams
Raw ham
200 grams
Mozarella ball
300 grams
pine nuts
6 tablespoons
Copeaux de parmesan
150 grams
Sauce au basilic
Basil
1 bunch
garlic clove
3
Olive oil
20 tablespoons
basalmic vinegar
8 tablespoons
salt and pepper
  1. Faire cuire les pâtes al dente entre 7 et 8mn selon la marque puis les égoutter et les laisser refroidir dans une passoire.
  2. Faire cuire les haricots verts 10 à 15mn à l'eau bouillante salée puis les égoutter et les réserver.
  3. Préparer la sauce au basilic en mélangeant les feuilles pilées avec l'ail haché, le sel puis incorporer le vinaigre et l'huile d'olive. Rectifier l'assaisonnement.
  4. Mélanger dans un grand saladier les pâtes, les haricots verts découpés en morceaux, les tomates coupées en 2, le jambon en lanières, les boules de mozarella et les pignons de pin.
  5. Ajouter ensuite la sauce et bien mélanger l'ensemble.
  6. Servir après avoir parsemé de copeaux de parmesan.
