harissa (optional)

basalmic vinegar
3 tablespoons

  1. La veille, dans un bol, faites tremper les pois chiches pendant une nuit entière.
  2. Le lendemain, égoutez les pois chiches à l’aide d’une passoire. Rincez-les et incorporez-les dans une cocotte pour les faire cuire à la vapeur une trentaine de minutes. Une fois les pois chiches cuits et tièdes, retirez leur peau en les pinçant entre vos doigts, un à un.
  3. Dans un saladier, incorporez l'harissa, l’huile, le vinaigre, le paprika, le cumin et mélangez le tout. Assaisonnez de poivre et de sel. Mélangez une nouvelle fois.
  4. Dans un autre bol, versez les pois chiches, l’oignon haché, le persil ciselé ainsi que le vinaigre balsamique. Mélangez les ingrédients présents dans le bol et réservez pendant une heure pour permettre aux pois chiches de bien absorber le vinaigre balsamique.
  5. Une fois une heure écoulée, la salade de pois chiches est fin prête à être savourée, à servir en entrée ou comme plat principal accompagnée de la viande de votre choix. Bon appétit !
