This cocktail comes from the US and the word “sex” somehow seemed inappropriate, it was also called Fun at the beach. The melon syrup is not not very easy to find, it can be replaced by peach syrup and orange juice can also be used instead of pineapple juice and this emblematic cocktail becomes one of its derivatives: Peach on the beach or Sunset Boulevard.

Ingredients

Metric US

Vodka: 3 centiliters; 0.13 cup
liqueur de framboise: 2 centiliters; 2 centiliters
melon syrup: 2 centiliters; 2 centiliters
pineapple juice: 5 centiliters; 5 centiliters
Cranberry juice: 6 centiliters; 6 centiliters
icecubes: 3; 3
Pineapple: 20 grams; 0.1 cup
Candied cherry: 1; 1

Pour vodka, Chambord (raspberry liqueur) and melon syrup into a mixing glass.
Pour this mixture on ice cubes into a tulip glass and add pineapple juice and cranberry juice
Decorate the glass with a slice of pineapple and a candied cherry.
