  1. Faire revenir l'ail haché à la poêle dans un peu d'huile d'olive puis ajouter les flocons d'avoine et faire revenir à feu moyen jusqu'à ce que ce soit doré.
  2. Saler et poivrer et faire égoutter sur du papier absorbant.
  3. Faire cuire les pâtes al dente c'est-à-dire fermes
  4. Faire chauffer dans une poêle l'huile des sardines puis y verser les épinards et les faire cuire.
  5. Ajouter ensuite les sardines dont on aura enlevé les arêtes et que l'on aura hachées et le piment d'espelette et faire chauffer l'ensemble 5mn tout doucement.
  6. Rajouter les spaghetti égouttés, saler, poivrer et mettre un peu d'origan.
  7. Servir dans des assiettes creuses et parsemer de chapelure
