Ingredients

170 grams
croutons (optional)
70 grams
leeks

little onion

garlic clove

Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Mixed herbs bouquet (thym, bay...)
1 handful
salt and pepper
1 pinch
  1. Steam the split peas with the bouquet garni.
  2. Slice the onion, garlic and leek and cook over low heat with a little olive oil. Then add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour in the split pea mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After cooking, mix everything without the bouquet garni.
  5. Divide the soup in each bowl and place a few peas and bread croutons.
