Ingredients

- 170 grams
- croutons (optional)
- 70 grams
- leeks

- little onion
- 1
- garlic clove
- 1
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Mixed herbs bouquet (thym, bay...)
- 1 handful
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch
- Steam the split peas with the bouquet garni.
- Slice the onion, garlic and leek and cook over low heat with a little olive oil. Then add a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in the split pea mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, mix everything without the bouquet garni.
- Divide the soup in each bowl and place a few peas and bread croutons.
