- In a salad bowl, mix together the natural yogurt and the tandoori chicken.
- Cut the chicken cutlets into 2-3cm pieces. Season with salt and pepper and add them to a salad bowl of marinade. Mix well, cover with cling wrap and keep cool for at least 2 hours (that would be ideal overnight).
- Cook the rice according to the package directions.
- Once the chicken has sufficiently marinated, in a heated pan with a drizzle of oil cook the chicken pieces for 7-8 minutes.
