The Ti’punch literally means  little punch in creole. This is a popular traditional drink in the West Indies and especially in Martinique and Guadeloupe and it is serve on all occasions, as an appetizer in the afternoon or the evening… It is generally served without ice but you can add some ice cubes make it a refreshing drink.

white rum
6 centiliters
cane syrup
2 centiliters
lime
1
  1. In an Old fashioned type glass, crush a slice of lime with the cane syrup and then add the rum.
  2. Decorate the glass with a slice of lime.
