Ingredients

150 milliliters
Olive oil
88 milliliters
Pepper

grated emmental cheese
125 grams
Feta
90 grams
olives

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350° F) TH 6.
  2. In a food processor, mix the flour, the eggs, the milk until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add milk, grated emmental and baking powder, mix again, season as you wish.
  3. Separate your dough into 2 equal parts in two containers. Add the black pitted olives in one, and the feta in the other. Using the mixer, mix your the two mixtures separately till you have an even consistency.
  4. Butter your loaf pan.
  5. First pour the feta-mixture at the bottom until it reaches 1/3 of the pan. Then, pour the two mixtures in turn to create a marble effect, alternating layers of black and white dough.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 170 ° C (340° F). Check if perfectly cooked with the blade of a knife.
  7. Serve as a starter with green salad or as an appetizer.
