Ingredients
- Zucchini
- 3
- fresh bacon bits
- 200 grams
- Feta
- 100 grams
- Basil
- 10 sheets
- Olive oil
- 5 tablespoons
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Cut the large zucchinis in half lengthwise and then thickness-wise to obtain 12 small zucchinis that are hollowed out with an apple spoon.
- Grill the bacon in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix in a bowl the bacon, the small pieces of zucchini that do not contain seeds, the diced feta, 2 tablespoons of oil and the chopped basil leaves.
- Stuff the zucchini with this mixture, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
