Ingredients

Metric US
Zucchini
3
fresh bacon bits
200 grams
Feta
100 grams
Basil
10 sheets
Olive oil
5 tablespoons
Grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cut the large zucchinis in half lengthwise and then thickness-wise to obtain 12 small zucchinis that are hollowed out with an apple spoon.
  2. Grill the bacon in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  4. Mix in a bowl the bacon, the small pieces of zucchini that do not contain seeds, the diced feta, 2 tablespoons of oil and the chopped basil leaves.
  5. Stuff the zucchini with this mixture, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
